# 🧮 Step 3: Stake Your Tokens

Now comes the fun part — staking!

Choose how much you want to stake and select your preferred pool. Options range from **1 week to 2 years**, each offering different APYs based on lock-up duration.

In our test, we staked **500 $TRANCHE tokens** into a **24-week pool at 24% APY**.
